The range of therapies offered includes neurofeedback, psychotherapy, heart rate variability training, somatic experiencing, dance therapy, art therapy, music therapy, nervous system regulation, mitochondrial activation, nature therapy, nutrient therapy, osteopathy, psychosomatic release, and optional psychedelic therapy. Clients can expect to participate in six personalized therapy sessions, as well as six neurofeedback sessions. Additionally, the program encompasses 15 sessions focused on yoga, somatic movement, or similar therapies, along with heart rate variability training. Rē Precision Health provides various accommodation options, including semi-private and private rooms. Every room is elegantly furnished, features a private bathroom, and offers complimentary WIFI access. Clients enjoy an array of delightful services, such as an infinity pool, meals prepared by a chef specializing in non-inflammatory cuisine, and laundry service. For those looking to discover the stunning surroundings, Rē Precision Health organizes exciting excursions, including beach trips, wildlife exploration, hiking, surfing, spa treatments, and snorkeling. Clients are catered to with three anti-inflammatory meals daily along with healthy snacks.
