The center employs a family systems approach and combines various evidence-based and holistic therapeutic methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), equine-assisted therapy, and experiential learning. Adolescents engage in group therapy sessions on a daily basis and participate in individual and family therapy weekly. Each treatment plan is customized to address the unique needs of the students, aiding their emotional, mental, and social development while applying practical life skills.
