Located just south of the intersection of M61 and M18 in Chatterton, the center operates within the same facility as the Mid-Michigan Community Action Agency. It provides outpatient counseling, peer support, and early intervention services for those struggling with substance use and co-occurring disorders. The center is open from Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and offers Friday appointments, creating an environment that promotes sustained recovery in a nurturing atmosphere. Clients benefit from both individual and group therapy sessions that emphasize abstinence and mental health. Qualified counselors tackle issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, family-related challenges, and compulsive behaviors in conjunction with substance use treatment. Additionally, the center offers early intervention classes, youth prevention initiatives, and customized recovery coaching—integrating education, clinical assistance, and peer support to empower clients on their path to recovery. The center resembles a community hub rather than a traditional clinic. Visitors can stop by to enjoy coffee, participate in recovery meetings, or unwind in the lounge area.
