Ten16 Recovery Network Eastman House

Eastman House, located in the center of Midland, has been dedicated to aiding men in recovery since 2013. Transitioning from a residential treatment facility, it now provides sober living accommodations for up to 14 individuals. Surrounded by parks, shops, and essential community resources, this residence creates a structured and encouraging atmosphere for those who seek to transform their lives away from substance use. Residents can stay for a duration of 90 days to two years, participating in 12-Step or alternative recovery initiatives, along with outpatient counseling provided by Ten16 staff. With a focus on shared leadership between the residents and the staff, the center promotes accountability, peer mentorship, and collaborative decision-making—cultivating a sobriety-centered environment that nurtures personal growth and sustained recovery. Within the facility, residents experience a friendly and inviting atmosphere featuring a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable seating areas, and wheelchair accessibility for convenience. The design includes three single rooms, three double rooms, one quad room, four full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. Additionally, a computer room equipped with table hockey allows for both concentration and enjoyment during self-reflective breaks.

The rehabilitation center specializes in the treatment of substance use disorders alongside related mental health issues. Your individualized treatment plan will target both conditions simultaneously, providing empathetic and tailored care for holistic recovery.

For those enrolled in Medicaid or the Healthy Michigan Plan, state funds are available to assist with housing expenses for the initial 90 days of residence. A security deposit is not required to move in.
