Coaching services encompass two in-person meetings each week, regular phone or text interactions, accountability through daily Soberlink tests, access to AA or S.M.A.R.T. Recovery groups, and the creation of individualized wellness plans. The sober living facilities at The Lighthouse provide an exceptional living atmosphere for both men and women, situated in high-end, gender-segregated homes. Spanning 11,000 square feet, these residences are equipped with modern kitchens and appliances, offering ample personal space as well as inviting common areas for socializing. Abundant natural light enhances the homes' ambiance, contributing to a sense of wellness and comfort. Residents can make use of a private swimming pool, enjoy meals prepared by a professional chef, receive transportation for appointments, and gain membership to the New Canaan YMCA.
