They cater to Aventura and nearby South Florida areas, including North Miami Beach, Hallandale Beach, Sunny Isles, Hollywood, and Golden Beach. Turnwell employs contemporary, evidence-based methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) along with both group and one-on-one psychotherapy. For individuals facing more complex or resistant conditions, they provide medication management, Spravato® nasal spray, and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). All services are conducted by licensed psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and skilled therapists. Clients can schedule appointments either in person at their Aventura location or through virtual telemedicine options for those in the area. Their office operates Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
