About
Situated west of Billings on a 5-acre site with convenient access to Highway 302 and I-90, the Adult and Teen Challenge Billings Men’s Campus provides a faith-based treatment program for men struggling with substance abuse. Established by David Wilkerson in 1960, this initiative has expanded to nearly 250 centers in the United States and over 1,000 around the world. Programs under the Pacific Northwest Adult and Teen Challenge require a one-time intake fee of $500, with no additional monthly expenses throughout the program. The Billings Men’s Campus offers a year-long program accommodating up to 20 men.
The Bible-centered approach at Adult and Teen Challenge emphasizes recovery from the challenges of substance use, fostering reconciliation with Jesus Christ and others, and promoting personal transformation rooted in faith. Participants engage in sermons, Bible studies, prayer, spiritual retreats, and vocational training throughout their journey. Life Renewal offers clinical counseling that incorporates cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and relapse prevention techniques from a Christian viewpoint. As the program does not include medical staff, individuals must complete detox before joining. To maintain a focus on recovery, interaction is limited to immediate family members, and electronic devices are prohibited. In support of a substance-free environment, smoking is also banned within the program.

Providers Policy
At the Adult and Teen Challenge Billings Men’s Campus, we are committed to providing effective, Christ-centered treatment for men facing substance use challenges. We recognize the importance of addressing financial aspects as part of our comprehensive approach to recovery. Our program is designed to be accessible, with a one-time intake fee of $500, which covers the entire duration of our one-year program, with no additional monthly costs.
While we do not work directly with insurance providers, we encourage participants to explore their insurance benefits to see if they may cover aspects of their treatment. Many health plans offer coverage for behavioral health services, and our Life Renewal clinical counseling may be eligible for reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to inquire about your specific policy and coverage options related to substance use treatment.
As we prioritize a supportive and focused recovery environment, we limit external contact and do not permit the use of electronic devices within our program. This helps participants concentrate fully on their healing journey, grounded in our Bible-based curriculum and therapeutic support.
For any questions regarding our payment options or to explore potential insurance coverage, please reach out to our admissions team, who would be delighted to assist you. Together, we can work towards a path of recovery and transformation.
