Community Medical Services Fargo is conveniently located with a bus stop close to their facility at the intersection of 28th Street and 9th Avenue. The center focuses on assisting those struggling with opioid use disorders, providing medication-assisted treatment (MAT) alongside counseling and support. They deliver both individual and group therapy sessions that utilize evidence-based methodologies. Furthermore, the clinic offers access to peer support systems to aid individuals in their recovery process. Operating hours are Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 1:00 pm and Saturday from 7:00 am to 9:00 am.

This center focuses on addressing substance use disorders, aiding individuals in achieving stability, developing strategies to prevent relapse, and linking them to empathetic support systems.
