Community Medical Services Minot

Community Medical Services (CMS) Minot is located just north of the Minot International Airport. The center focuses on treating those with opioid use disorders, offering medication-assisted treatment (MAT) in conjunction with counseling and various support services. Clients can access both individual and group therapy based on evidence-based methods. Additionally, the clinic facilitates connections to peer support as part of the recovery process. Operating hours are Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 1:00 pm, and Saturday from 7:00 am to 9:00 am.

The rehabilitation center focuses on addressing substance use disorders by assisting individuals in achieving stability, developing strategies to prevent relapse, and providing access to caring support resources.

Community Medical Services Minot welcomes a variety of insurance providers, including Humana Commercial, Humana Medicare Advantage, ND Medicaid, ND Sanford Health Commercial, Noridian JF Part B - ND Medicare, TriWest VA North Dakota, UnitedHealthcare Commercial, UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage, SUD Voucher, BCBS Commercial/Medicare Advantage, BCBS IN Medicaid, and various other typical health insurances.
