Community Medical Services Grand Forks is conveniently located near a bus stop at the intersection of S 29th and 32nd Ave, making it easy to access. This center focuses on assisting those struggling with opioid use disorder, providing medication-assisted treatment (MAT) accompanied by comprehensive counseling and support services. They offer both one-on-one and group counseling, utilizing approaches grounded in evidence-based practices. Additionally, clients have the opportunity to engage in peer support through this clinic, which can enhance their recovery process. The center operates Monday through Saturday from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

This facility focuses on the treatment of substance use disorders, assisting individuals in achieving stability, developing strategies to prevent relapse, and fostering connections with empathetic support.

Community Medical Services Grand Forks works with a variety of insurance providers, including BCBS Commercial/Medicare Advantage, BCBS MN and ND Medicaid, as well as Humana's Commercial and Medicare Advantage plans. We also accommodate MN and ND Medicaid, ND Sanford Health Commercial, Noridian JF Part B - ND Medicare, SUD Voucher, TriWest VA North Dakota, UCare MN Medicaid, UnitedHealthcare Commercial, UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage, among other popular medical insurers.
