The third phase mirrors the first but offers clients extra privileges like access to phones and vehicles, as well as opportunities to earn a regular income. Established in 2007, the organization has consistently focused on enabling individuals through skills training, life coaching, therapy, and family support initiatives, with the ultimate goal of enabling them to overcome addiction and embrace a life of faith in Christ.
