Midwest Recovery Centers aims to provide top-notch addiction rehabilitation in a thorough and supportive environment. Situated in Kansas City, Missouri, the center features a structured 12-Step community intensive outpatient program (IOP). A vital aspect of the Midwest Recovery experience is being surrounded by peers who have faced similar challenges in their recovery journeys. The treatment plan includes both one-on-one counseling and group therapy sessions. Clients are encouraged to engage in community activities and weave their daily experiences into their therapeutic progress. This eight-week program is scheduled for three evenings a week from 6 PM to 9 PM, making it suitable for those balancing other life commitments. It encompasses family therapy and focuses on essential skills such as relapse prevention, stress management, and everyday life skills. This program specifically targets individuals in the initial phases of recovery who are dedicated to staying sober. To promote accountability, participants undergo urine screenings two to three times weekly.
