About
Nexus Path Luther Hall provides residential rehabilitation programs tailored for young people aged 10 to 17. These programs are designed for adolescents facing a range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges, including conditions such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD. The center caters to youths who need out-of-home support due to serious difficulties or risks.
Their treatment philosophy prioritizes individualized care and the involvement of family members. A variety of therapeutic approaches are employed, including individual, family, and group counseling, as well as targeted trauma therapies like EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing). These therapeutic interventions aim to equip young individuals with essential skills, establish stability, and manage challenging behaviors such as aggression and self-harm, facilitating their overall development.
Luther Hall is equipped with 14 bedrooms, a recreational area, and a sensory room. There are also comfortable lounge spaces and designated areas for family visits. Outdoors, youth can take advantage of green play areas and a small garden. Educational services are provided on-site through Fargo Public Schools, which includes special education options. Additionally, hands-on experiences such as engaging with animals and learning vocational skills prepare residents for their lives post-treatment.

Providers Policy
At Nexus Path Luther Hall, we understand the importance of accessible care for youth facing complex emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. We aim to facilitate a seamless experience for families seeking treatment for their loved ones by collaborating with various insurance providers.
Our center is committed to accepting a range of insurance plans, and we work diligently to verify coverage options that can help alleviate the financial burden associated with residential treatment. We encourage families to reach out to our admissions team to discuss their specific insurance coverage and understand any potential out-of-pocket costs.
In addition to insurance options, we also offer flexible payment plans to accommodate the diverse financial situations of the families we serve. Our priority is to ensure that every young person, regardless of their financial circumstances, has access to the comprehensive therapeutic programs and support they need to thrive.
For more information regarding our providers and insurance policy, or to discuss your specific situation, please contact our admissions team. We are here to help guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have.
