Among the services offered are CSTAR Residential Treatment, which delivers round-the-clock support at Cathedral Tower, and CSTAR Outpatient Treatment, which features daytime sessions with some evening availability. Additionally, long-term housing solutions are available. QOPC emphasizes the treatment of substance use disorders alongside co-occurring mental health issues, all within a framework of trauma-informed care. The center primarily caters to women aged 18 and older, including those who are pregnant or postpartum, as well as children up to age 12 who may accompany their mothers, at-risk youth, and families impacted by substance use challenges.
