QOPC emphasizes the treatment of substance use disorders alongside co-occurring mental health issues, all within a framework of trauma-informed care. The center primarily caters to women aged 18 and older, including those who are pregnant or postpartum, as well as children up to age 12 who may accompany their mothers, at-risk youth, and families impacted by substance use challenges.
