About
At Red Mountain Sedona, young adults aged 18 to 30 are provided with a nurturing environment to address their challenges and embark on a path toward independence and fulfillment. This primary mental health program also caters to individuals facing co-occurring disorders and mild to moderate substance use issues. Red Mountain is adept at assisting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodiversity, and compulsive behaviors. With an average duration of 6.5 to 10 months for treatment, the program offers the necessary framework and support to facilitate meaningful change in their lives.
At Red Mountain Sedona, each young adult undertakes a personalized journey of recovery and personal development. The center adopts a tailored approach rather than a generic methodology, combining evidence-based therapies, mindfulness practices, life skills enhancement, and executive function coaching designed to align with each individual's needs. Clients cultivate self-awareness and self-confidence as they process past difficulties through trauma therapy, while the welcoming, gender-inclusive community fosters resilience and purpose.
Clients reside in two-bedroom apartments conveniently located near the program facilities, striking a balance between autonomy and assistance. Each individual enjoys a private room, complemented by ample communal areas that encourage friendships and shared experiences. The clubhouse is equipped with a coffee bar, music studio, art spaces, games, and serene relaxation areas. At Red Mountain Sedona, technology is effectively woven into everyday routines: participants are given their own laptops and smartphones to help cultivate healthy habits in their lives.
The optional Alumni add-on at Red Mountain Sedona delivers continued individual therapy, family support, recovery coaching, and group activities within a caring community. Regular alumni gatherings and shared activities foster strong relationships, ensuring that graduates feel supported and connected as they transition into the next phase of their lives.
