Assurance Home is a therapeutic residential facility located in Roswell, New Mexico, catering to adolescents aged 13 to 17 who have faced issues such as abuse, neglect, and trauma, among other significant challenges. The teens who come to this center typically struggle with moderate emotional or behavioral difficulties, yet have minimal or no involvement with the legal system. The center is recognized for its long-term efficacy in fostering trust and facilitating transitions to healthier family dynamics. The program employs a trauma-informed framework, offering individual, group, and family therapy sessions led by qualified therapists with master’s degrees. Participants engage in various therapeutic activities, including equine therapy, ropes courses, and goal-setting exercises. Residents reside on a tranquil 15-acre campus surrounded by nature, featuring open fields, stables, and a charming vintage farmhouse.
