They provide a range of programs including outpatient services, an intensive outpatient program (IOP), medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and residential options. As a member of the Santa Fe Recovery network, Four Corners is committed to making treatment available to a wide audience, accepting various major insurance plans, Medicaid, and Medicare, while also utilizing a sliding scale fee structure based on income. The center employs medication-assisted treatment (MAT) utilizing drugs like Suboxone and naltrexone, integrated with behavioral therapy. Clients participate in individual, group, and family counseling that encompass relapse prevention techniques, life skills training, cognitive behavioral therapy, and additional therapeutic modalities. The holistic approach includes activities such as yoga, art therapy, somatic therapy, and music therapy. Additionally, Four Corners promotes peer support groups and 12-Step facilitation, which empowers clients to learn from those with firsthand experience and provides a safe space for sharing their journeys. Outpatient services feature an intensive outpatient program (IOP) consisting of 9 hours per week of treatment over a 16-week span, alongside standard outpatient treatment offering 3 hours weekly for 12 weeks. Both options can act as transitional steps from more intensive care or function as independent programs. Four Corners Detox Recovery Center also provides medically-supervised detoxification and withdrawal support for various substances, generally lasting between 3 to 5 days. For men, there is a 30-day residential program that merges comprehensive substance use treatment with dedicated case management.
