About
CODAC is an outpatient community rehabilitation center that employs a holistic strategy by merging primary healthcare with mental health services, substance use treatment, and trauma care. Upon arrival, patients dealing with substance use are assessed by the intake team to see if they are suitable for the intensive outpatient program (IOP) or the more traditional outpatient program. For individuals facing mental health challenges, the intake staff assists in identifying the need for either residential treatment or outpatient care. The center is equipped with psychiatrists who provide medical assistance to those with behavioral health issues. Additionally, they offer medication-assisted treatment aimed at individuals with substance use disorders. The clinical team facilitates over 60 different therapy groups tailored to support clients on their recovery journey. All patients, regardless of their specific challenges, can benefit from case management, peer support, and transitional housing services at CODAC. The center accepts a variety of major insurance plans and Medicaid.
