Soberman’s Estate is a licensed and nationally recognized residential treatment facility, dedicated to providing private and advanced care for adult men dealing with alcoholism, substance abuse, and co-occurring mental health challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, or additional dependencies. The center offers a tailored combination of evidence-based practices and holistic approaches, empowering each individual to achieve lasting improvements in their lives. With a dedicated team of over 30 professionals tending to an average of only 7 clients, Soberman’s Estate ensures that each man benefits from a personalized treatment strategy developed by its medical and clinical leaders. Clients participate in at least three individual counseling sessions weekly, alongside daily group therapy, exploring treatment techniques like accelerated resolution therapy (ART) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). With two psychiatrists and five licensed counselors on-site, Soberman’s Estate identifies the most effective treatment modalities for every participant. The center features eight private accommodations, each complete with ensuite facilities, custom-designed mattresses, smart TVs with extensive streaming services, and a putting green, all set within a tranquil 5-acre property nestled in the Sonoran Desert. Guests savor healthy, homemade meals crafted by two full-time chefs, accommodating their dietary needs with fresh ingredients sourced from the estate’s chickens and on-site greenhouse. After fulfilling their residential program, clients join Soberman’s Estate’s exclusive alumni network, which provides access to both virtual and face-to-face recovery sessions, newsletters, and social events. Additionally, clients and their families receive ongoing complimentary support for life, facilitating a continued journey towards enjoying life without the need for self-medication. Every client is given a comprehensive continuum of care plan, along with referrals to outpatient resources, medical specialists, and individual therapists who maintain the therapeutic processes initiated at Soberman’s Estate.

Soberman’s Estate does not take state insurance, AHCCCS, Medicaid, or Medicare. However, Soberman’s Estate can process claims with numerous insurance plans as an out-of-network provider. We are more than happy to assess your out-of-network coverage options through your insurance.
