Banbury Lodge

Situated in a charming town in Oxfordshire, Banbury Lodge specializes in aiding both adults and young individuals aged 16-18 in overcoming challenges related to addiction and eating disorders. Their residential programs tackle both the physical and emotional dimensions of recovery, ensuring that clients depart with the skills necessary to navigate their futures with renewed confidence and resilience. Banbury Lodge adopts a holistic methodology that fosters the well-being of the mind, body, and spirit, providing clients with the essential support for sustained recovery. They offer personalized and group therapy sessions, proven therapeutic approaches to alter thought patterns and behaviors, as well as holistic activities such as mindfulness, yoga, and art therapy. Medical supervision is available for detox processes when required. Nestled in the picturesque Oxfordshire countryside, Banbury Lodge is conveniently reachable by both rail and road. This serene setting offers clients a peaceful environment to concentrate on their recovery away from the distractions of city life. The facility features 22 private en-suite bedrooms alongside two shared accommodations, all tastefully designed for maximum comfort. Clients benefit from wholesome meals crafted by an in-house chef, with dietary preferences accommodated whenever feasible, and can access a gym on-site. At Banbury Lodge, former clients are offered a full year of complimentary aftercare, allowing them to maintain connections with fellow alumni, facilitated by a trained counselor in a welcoming and understanding setting. Conducted weekly, these sessions, typically lasting about 1.5 hours and held via Zoom, provide a platform for clients to discuss their progress, challenges, and learn collectively from each other’s journeys.

The center specializes in the treatment of substance use disorders along with accompanying mental health issues. Our approach involves creating a tailored treatment plan that simultaneously addresses both conditions, ensuring a nurturing and individualized care experience for holistic recovery.
