The center offers both outpatient and residential treatment services. A dedicated group of volunteers supports the treatment team, ensuring accessibility for all clients, including those who are elderly or have autism. Clients may enter voluntarily, and the center also accommodates court-mandated treatment. The residential program operates around the clock, while outpatient services are available Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Polara provides a continuum of care that ranges from regular visits to more intensive outpatient programs, prioritizing a holistic approach that integrates evidence-based therapy with medical interventions within a single, accessible location. Utilizing effective methods, the clinic offers individual and group counseling, peer support sessions, psychiatric care, and comprehensive case management. For individuals dealing with addiction, they offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT) using Suboxone to help mitigate cravings and encourage participation in therapy. Additionally, for those facing treatment-resistant conditions, the center provides deep transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). These therapeutic options empower clients to better manage their symptoms, develop coping mechanisms, and elevate their overall quality of life. To assist clients in reintegrating into society, Polara Health's “Thrive” program, led by peers, along with vocational training services, focuses on preparing them for employment.
