Clinica Family Health & Wellness - Wellness Education Center

Clinica Family Health & Wellness, a result of the partnership between Clinica Family Health and Mental Health Partners, delivers a comprehensive range of physical, mental, and dental health services aimed at individuals across all age demographics, with specific programming for older adults aged 65 and over, as well as young adults aged 15 to 29. The Wellness Education Center at Clinica caters to clients residing in the southwestern region of Boulder. Their initiatives focus on issues like depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, and substance abuse. By adopting a community-driven model, they strive to provide accessible and culturally appropriate care for everyone, regardless of financial circumstances or immigration status. The center integrates a variety of evidence-based treatment methodologies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, medication management, and peer support networks. They offer both individual and group therapy options, psychiatric care, and various wellness initiatives. Clinica also features a 24/7 walk-in crisis center that provides urgent assistance for individuals in crisis, including those facing suicidal thoughts or self-injury. Located on the southern outskirts of Longmont, the Wellness Education Center can be found near the bus stop at the intersection of South Sherman Street and Iowa Street, with specific operating hours available.

At our rehabilitation center, we welcome various insurance plans including Medicaid, Medicare, Anthem, Cigna, Humana, Kaiser Permanente, Rocky Mountain Health Plans (RMHP), TRICARE, and United Healthcare. For individuals covered by Medicaid or Medicare, the majority of our services come at no cost. Additionally, we provide financial support for eligible clients.
