The Lakewood clinic can be conveniently reached from either Teller St. or W Colfax Ave. This facility focuses on assisting those suffering from opioid use disorder, providing medication-assisted treatment (MAT) along with counseling and supportive services. Patients can also access peer support through this clinic to aid their recovery process. The center is open Monday through Saturday from 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
