Even after the completion of their treatment, Cuan Mhuire provides ongoing support through a two-year aftercare program, designed to aid individuals and their families during their recovery journey. Established in 1966 by Sr. Consilio, Cuan Mhuire has successfully assisted around 100,000 individuals over the years. Nestled in a picturesque former estate in rural County Limerick near Charleville, located on the Cork-Limerick border, the facility currently accommodates up to 130 individuals and sees approximately 650 admissions annually.

The focus of this center is on addressing substance use disorders, providing assistance in achieving stability, developing strategies to prevent relapse, and linking individuals to caring support networks.
