Guidelight Health is dedicated to providing both day treatment and intensive outpatient services for adults and teenagers seeking help for a variety of mental health issues. With two facilities, their Denver location is conveniently situated in the Central Park area near I-70. The center employs scientifically supported methods, offering services such as medication assessments, individual therapy, and group counseling within a well-organized clinical environment. Their day treatment program, known as partial hospitalization, spans 5 hours daily from Monday to Friday, typically engaging participants for a duration of 2 weeks. Meanwhile, the intensive outpatient program (IOP) is usually conducted over 6 weeks and requires around 3 hours of commitment three times a week, with both daytime and evening sessions available.
