About
Santa Fe Recovery Center is strategically situated at the junction of Airport Road and Cerrillos Road, providing comprehensive treatment options for individuals dealing with substance use disorders and accompanying mental health issues. Services include detoxification, outpatient treatment, an intensive outpatient program (IOP), medication-assisted treatment (MAT), residential programs, and sober living arrangements. The center has accessible parking and is conveniently served by public transportation, with bus lines 1 and 24 stopping nearby. To enhance accessibility, Santa Fe Recovery accepts a range of major insurance policies, Medicaid, and Medicare, using a sliding fee scale based on clients' income.
The center utilizes medication-assisted treatment, incorporating medications such as Suboxone or naltrexone alongside behavioral therapies. Clients benefit from individual, group, and family therapy sessions that focus on strategies for preventing relapse, building life skills, and employing cognitive behavioral therapy techniques. Additionally, the program offers holistic therapies, including yoga, art therapy, somatic therapy, and music therapy to enrich the recovery experience. Santa Fe Recovery promotes community by facilitating peer support groups and 12-Step programs, enabling clients to gain insights from peers and share their journeys.
For outpatient services, clients can choose between an intensive outpatient program (IOP), which consists of nine hours of treatment each week for 16 weeks, or a standard outpatient program that provides three hours of treatment each week for 12 weeks. These options serve as either a transition from more intensive treatments or as standalone services. Furthermore, medically supervised detox is available for all substances, typically spanning 3 to 5 days.
For those seeking residential care, Santa Fe Recovery offers 30-day short-term programs and 90-day long-term programs for both men and women. The short-term programs focus on intensive treatment along with case management, while the long-term options offer a transitional setting with supportive environments, group meetings, and assistance with job searches. The women’s residential facilities also feature childcare services for children aged birth to 6 years. To further support individuals striving for sustainable recovery, Santa Fe Recovery has several sober living communities in place.
