Sobriety House

The rehabilitation center is the oldest facility in Colorado focused on treating substance use disorders, offering a comprehensive range of services for both men and women. Committed to reducing the stigma associated with addiction, the center serves as a source of hope, resilience, and personal transformation. It provides high-quality, effective treatment options that accommodate individuals regardless of their financial situation. The initial stage of the residential program lasts for 28 days, featuring three group sessions each day, seven days a week. Topics in these weekly sessions include Feelings Awareness, Sobriety Maintenance, Stress Management, and Assertiveness Training. During this phase, clients are required to remain on the premises and do not have access to personal devices. The second phase can extend up to six months and includes group sessions several evenings a week, alongside one-on-one counseling. Residents have the opportunity to venture off-site to seek employment, attend support meetings, pursue education, or volunteer; personal devices can be used during the day but must be returned at night. After completing the residential treatment, clients may join the outpatient program at Sobriety House and can stay in sober living apartments designated by gender. The center also features specialized programs for pregnant women, mothers with children, and veterans.
