About
Addiction Recovery Care (ARC) offers targeted treatment services tailored for women facing addiction challenges. With a focus on a Christian and holistic framework, ARC's program aims to support individuals in all aspects of their lives—mental, physical, and spiritual. The carefully structured four-phase program is designed to lead participants through a transformative recovery journey, starting with an initial detox phase and culminating in a practical internship at ARC, allowing them to apply their newfound skills in a nurturing setting.
The initial phase prioritizes helping clients attain stability by managing detoxification under professional supervision. This stage provides extensive support, including around-the-clock assistance from medical addiction experts, one-on-one counseling, group therapy, and opportunities to participate in recovery-oriented meetings like AA, NA, and Celebrate Recovery.
During Phase 2, clients make significant progress in their recovery, benefiting from peer support and crucial life skills education, which covers areas such as financial literacy and housing support. This phase features intensive outpatient care, tailored case management, spiritual growth options, ongoing counseling, and a supportive sober living community. By adopting this comprehensive approach, clients gain essential tools for sustaining their recovery.
Phase 3 encourages active participation in recovery efforts. Clients engage in community service, receive specialized job training, and take part in educational initiatives, all while continuing to enjoy ongoing case management and support.
The final Phase 4 focuses on proactive engagement in the recovery process. Clients remain actively involved in community service, partake in job training, and enroll in educational programs, while receiving thorough support and personalized case management. This ensures they cultivate the skills and self-assurance necessary for lasting recovery and successful reintegration into society.
Addiction Recovery Care (ARC) integrates Christian teachings throughout its treatment model, aiming to foster healing in a holistic manner—mind, body, and spirit. This integration is reflected in spiritual care offerings, chaplaincy support, and involvement in 12-Step and faith-based recovery meetings such as Celebrate Recovery. These components promote reliance on a higher power and align with Christian ethics, emphasizing the importance of spiritual health alongside physical and emotional well-being, thus creating a supportive recovery atmosphere.
ARC’s "Crisis to Career" initiative assists individuals in moving from recovery to meaningful vocational opportunities. Clients benefit from specialized job training, practical internship experience, and educational offerings, including certificate programs in Health and Human Services from Sullivan University. This comprehensive strategy equips clients for sustained personal and professional achievement, reinforced by ongoing counseling, case management, and peer support.
ARC holds CARF accreditation and accepts many major insurance options, including Kentucky state Medicaid plans.
