Crown Recovery Center is a detox and residential treatment facility exclusively for men, located in Saint Catherine, Kentucky, focusing on recovery from substance use disorders. The center offers a holistic treatment program featuring CARF-accredited clinical services and medical care overseen by an addiction specialist. Emphasizing a Christian-based framework, Crown Recovery Center incorporates 12-Step principles and chaplaincy support along with vocational training programs. The first phase of the four-phase treatment model is aimed at detoxifying the body and developing an individualized care strategy. Upon admission, medical staff conduct both physical and psychological assessments to customize the treatment plan. Their detox program is designed to ensure a safe and supervised withdrawal process from drugs or alcohol, with medication-assisted therapy available when necessary. Crown Recovery Center's residential treatment model is centered on a holistic, Christian methodology that addresses the individual as a whole—engaging the mind, body, and spirit. Clients benefit from around-the-clock support from addiction specialists and participate in evidence-based individual and group counseling sessions to recognize triggers and learn new coping techniques. The center also hosts AA, NA, and Celebrate Recovery meetings, and clients have the option to transition to intensive outpatient care with a structured sober living environment for ongoing support. Phases two and three concentrate on fostering peer relationships and providing practical resources for reintegration into work and educational settings. Crown Recovery Center enhances clients' spiritual well-being while continuing individual and group therapy, along with ongoing 12-Step meetings. Additionally, they emphasize life skills development through targeted employment training and educational opportunities. In the final treatment phase, clients engage in an internship program designed to cultivate essential life skills. Successful completion leads to a Health and Human Services certificate from Sullivan University, which can be applied towards either a two-year associate degree or a four-year bachelor’s degree program.
