Cedar Grove Recovery provides a comprehensive range of treatment options for individuals dealing with substance abuse, including programs for both drug and alcohol addiction. These services encompass residential rehabilitation, medical detoxification, partial hospitalization (PHP), and intensive outpatient programs (IOP). Throughout their stay, clients are engaged in holistic approaches to promote profound personal transformation, which include individual therapy sessions, group therapy, family counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), SMART Recovery, Seeking Safety, among other therapeutic methods. The dedicated staff ensures ongoing support through follow-ups and tailored action plans to facilitate lasting recovery. Typically, the residential treatment program spans 30 days and involves frequent therapy sessions, family involvement, and group discussions. Cedar Grove Recovery places a strong emphasis on aftercare, offering a year-long recovery coach initiative aimed at helping clients navigate the transition from professional care to self-managed recovery plans. Through weekly one-on-one coaching, clients engage with a supportive curriculum designed to foster success, while coaches are available around the clock to provide crisis support and guidance. Located in Louisville, Kentucky, the campus creates a secure and welcoming environment for healing. Clients have the opportunity to utilize a gym during their treatment, with encouragement to engage in physical activities five times a week. They can also partake in various sober social events, such as movie nights, hiking outings, and campfire gatherings. Following an initial 7-day blackout, clients may connect with a therapist for a weekly 15-minute phone call. After 10 days, they can receive two visitors each week on Fridays between 3 and 5 p.m., with both visitors required to arrive simultaneously and be aged 13 or older. Intensive outpatient services are offered from Tuesday to Thursday, with sessions available either from 9 a.m. to noon or 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. The IOP meetings take place in the fireplace room, which features a separate entrance located on the far-left side of the facility.

The focus of this center is on addressing substance use disorders, providing assistance in achieving stability, developing strategies to prevent relapse, and facilitating access to caring support services.
