Isaiah House Shelley Center

Shelley Center is a specialized treatment facility for adult women experiencing substance use disorders, featuring 34 beds and located in Harrodsburg, Kentucky. Nestled within the premises of the Isaiah House Corporate Office, the center offers a conducive and supportive atmosphere specifically designed for women facing addiction challenges. Among the staff are individuals who have triumphed over similar struggles, enabling them to provide compassionate and relatable guidance to those in treatment. At Shelley Center, the treatment approach encompasses various services, including detoxification, medication management for opiate dependency, individual and group therapy led by licensed professionals, peer support, case management, structured activities, Celebrate Recovery sessions, life skills development, and church outings. The center is also equipped to accommodate pregnant women, provided they obtain medical clearance. Following the initial short-term program, clients have the option to prolong their stay by participating in the residential intensive outpatient program (IOP). Shelley Center further offers transitional living arrangements, which afford clients ongoing accountability and continued access to services such as IOP and peer support available at the outpatient center, Real Hope Behavioral Health.
