Round Lake Treatment Center offers a 39 to 42 day residential program that focuses on motivational experiential counseling for individuals not fully healed from the impact of substance use but do not require detoxification and are emotionally fit for counseling without psychiatric intervention. The goal of treatment at Round Lake is to empower clients to take personal responsibility and recognize their inherent value and capabilities. The program incorporates techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and sensorimotor psychotherapy, primarily conducted in group settings to foster interactions, support, and communal engagement among clients. The center adheres to trauma-informed care principles, establishing a supportive and secure atmosphere which is crucial for recovery. Nestled in a natural setting, the Recovery Lodge offers tranquility along with breathtaking scenery, a fitness center, a library, nutritious meals, and chances for local exploration and shopping. Transportation is arranged for scheduled activities and essential appointments. The cost for residential treatment at Round Lake is $200.00 CDN per day, with coverage available through the First Nations Health Authority for First Nations clients. Round Lake is a comprehensive, internationally accredited facility recognized by CARF and operates with a focus on trauma-informed practices.
